Agrees to replace shoe if you pay the shipping for the new pair. You can keep the first pair. The shipping cost for the first pair was under 7.00. The shipping for the replacement pair is over 40.00.
What does that say about the shoe quality and their honesty. I'm out the money for the first pair. I agreed to pay the shipping for the second pair if it was the same shipping cost. She will let you keep the first pair if you pay the over $Stay away D40 for the second pair.
She's still making a profit. What does that tell you about the quality of the shoe. Okay now you have 2 pairs of junk and out nearly 80.00 plus. You can buy a real decent pair of shoes and try them on first for that money.
It's better than owning junk, something you wouldn't even want to re-gift. You would appear cheap that you're passing on junk.
I wished I had read this before purchasing!!!!!!!

The "Arch support" shoes are anything but. In order to return I have to mail them to China, at my expense. Never again.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, size XL, one pair fits great, 2nd pair not even close. How do I return the pair that does not fit in exchange for another pair that does.

After reading all the reviews, I figured I tossed $45 bucks out the window.
To my surprise after my first inquiry about shipping, I got a nice reply back from Mandy. It even had a link to the shipping manifest in Hong Kong!
Still I thought Id never see the ordered merchandise. However after 3 more inquiries, Mandy sent updates on shipping, every time. The link showed my order waiting for a flight to the USA. Then about 3 weeks after my order the package arrived.
Upon opening and viewing the shoes they looked as advertised. I was really surprised. I like them, really can only be used as house shoes. Would I of spent $45.00 on house shoes?
No, but these are kinda cool.
Off orange moon boots and quite unique! So I have no complaints and a Thank you to Mandy in China, Hong Kong, wherever..for my one of a kind moon boots!

UPDATE - SweetieCathy has provided a partial refund because their product was not properly represented in the description. The company stated that I ordered the basic model when there actually was only one model to choose.
